I Take Your Orders - Personally
And that's in more ways than one. As one of the artists for Premier
Kites and Designs, I attend to my HouseAndGardenFlags.com customers
with the same pride as when I sign my name to an illustration. There
is no large staff here to get lost in; there's just me. I even track
your packages after they've been shipped to make sure that they have
been delivered. If there are any delays in your order, or if an item
is back-ordered, I will keep you informed as soon as information becomes
available. Basically, I picture my mother waiting to get an expected
package or phone call and getting frustrated when it doesn't happen.
Your Privacy Is Respected
Your contact information will NEVER
be given or sold to any third parties and you may safely Unsubscribe
from our mailing list at any time. Your phone number, if you choose
to provide it, will only be used in regard to your order and NEVER for
any unsolicited contact.
More Premier Products
While many other online retailers only carry the most popular
Premier products, I
also feature the unusual and hard-to-find items that cater to your more individual
needs. As a result, I may not have some items in stock
and and there may be a delay. Your order will receive personal attention and every effort will be made
to get the item in house as quickly as possible. You will be
notified if the item is not in stock and I will keep you informed as
information becomes available. Once I have it in
house, it will be shipped within 24 hours of being received. For

when a particular item will be available prior to ordering, you may

Gift Orders
If your order is a gift:
1- Please let me know the date of the event or occasion.
2- If the order needs to be sent directly to the gift recipient, please
let me know so that the packing slip does not include the price.
Special Orders
When placing special orders for Premier
products not shown on this website, I will send you an invoice via PayPal
(you do not need to be a PayPal member to use this service).
When you receive the invoice, if you do not wish to use a PayPal account
to pay it, follow these instructions:
Scroll down the invoice and click
on: "To view the details of this invoice or to pay Lizard Graphix with
PayPal, just click on the following link or copy and paste it into your
web browser (that link will follow this statement)."
2- On the Enter Payment Information page instead of logging into your
PayPal
account, click on the link below which states: "Don't have a PayPal
account? Use
your credit card or bank account (where available)."
3-From there enter your name, address and credit card information.
Once payment is received your order
will be placed and processed.

Problems With PayPal
If you are having trouble with your PayPal account, you will need to call them

Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time, however:
1-the request must be made less than
60 days from the date of the order.
2-if you cancel an order after it
has already been prepared for shipping, you may still be charged
for shipping if the shipping label cannot be voided. If the shipping
label can be voided, your ordered items will be refunded, but it
may take 15 business days to refund the shipping charges*.
Returns
All returned items must be in their original product packaging,
including any cardboard inserts, printed product information and any
product tags included in the plastic package sleeve or product
container (this does not
refer to the shipping container) and must be returned within 30 days
of receipt. You may be charged a 20% restocking fee and you will be
responsible for the shipping costs of the returned items. The original
shipping/handling charge will not be refunded. If your original
order qualified for free shipping and returning any items from that
order effects it's eligibility to qualify for free shipping, you
will be charged a shipping fee for the revised order. If it is a holiday item
or was ordered for a specific event, it cannot be returned after the
holiday/event.
