Most orders are shipped via US Priority Mail which delivers in 3 business days to most areas within the Continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Over-sized or heavier packages may ship via US Parcel Post or UPS at the discretion of House And Garden Flags and additional shipping charges may apply; delivery schedules will vary.

All shipping is Best Rate and at the discretion of HouseAndGardenFlags.com. Every effort is made to choose the quickest delivery possible within the necessary parameters.

  • Oversized packages may not qualify and may incure additional charges. "Oversized" means any package that qualifies for and results in additional fees by UPS, FedEx and USPS, also known as "balloon rate," "Dimensional Weight," or "Over Maximum Limits Charge."
  • All items must be shipped to the same address.
  • Rush shipping, requesting a faster shipping method, different shipping method than UPS Ground or Priority Mail, or different shipping method than selected by HouseAndGardenFlags.com may not qualify.
  • Excludes shipping outside of the United States. See additional information below.
  • If items are out of stock here but in stock at Premier and you need the other items shipped separately, none or only one of the shipments may qualify for free shipping. If a new item is either labeled pre-order or is not yet available and needs to ship separately, it will not qualify for free shipping.
  • Any other exclusions or requirements may apply at the discretion of HouseAndGardenFlags.com and are determined on a case by case basis.

Delivery Schedule
Although orders of in-stock items will be processed within 72 hours of receipt, if items in your order are out of stock at House And Garden Flags please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to be shipped. This schedule will vary throughout the year depending on order volume at the manufacturer. Fall/Winter season is typically up to 5 business days; in the Spring/Summer season it could closer to 7. All delayed orders are closely monitored and you will be notified of their status as information becomes available. House And Garden Flags reserves the right to hold your order until all items are in stock and your order can be shipped complete, however if delays are in excess of 10 business days, in stock items will be shipped separately. Depending on circumstances, this will not result in extra shipping charges (this offer does not apply to orders outside of the United States or oversized packages. See Free Shipping criteria above for examples of exclusions).

You will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information at the time your order ships. You may track your package with this number at any time up to the time of delivery.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • All payments must be received or confirmed prior to processing.
  • All USPS deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, Federal holidays excluded.
  • UPS deliveries are made Monday through Friday, Federal holidays excluded. There are additional charges for Saturday delivery.
  • Orders placed on weekends or Federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders paid by Echeck or a bank debit card will be held until payment has cleared, usually 3 to 4 days.
  • Only the US Postal Service will deliver to P.O. boxes. For all other delivery services, street addresses will need to be provided. 
  • If you are not available at the time of delivery and a notice is left by the shipping company (USPS, UPS, etc.), you are responsible for picking up the package or rescheduling delivery in the required time frame or the shipping company will return the package to me. Please check with the shipping company. *** If the package is returned to me, your order will not be eligible for the Free Shipping offer and you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to redeliver.

Rush Orders
All payments for rush orders must be received or confirmed prior to processing. Overnight shipping rates will vary depending on service and package weight. A PayPal invoice for any additional charges, including those for overnight shipping, will be emailed to you the same day you place the order. Back Orders
Back ordered means an item is currently out of stock at the supplier and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. If a back ordered item is ordered with items in stock they may not be shipped at the same time. You will be informed of any shipping delays. You will not be charged additional shipping for back ordered items (this offer does not apply to orders outside the United States). For cancellation and returns information, please click here.
 
Special Orders
Please allow additional time for all special orders (items not currently featured on this website). If an item is very large it may not qualify for Free Shipping even if the minimum requirement has been met. 

Orders Outside of the United States
The Free Shipping Offer excludes shipping outside of the U. S. Shipping will be done via U.S. Global Priority for all orders from outside the U.S.A. Delivery schedules will vary. If more than one shipment is required due to any of your items being on back order, you will be invoiced for the additional shipping charges. We reserve the right to decline orders outside of the United States. Shipping charges outside the United States may be higher and you will be advised and invoiced the additional charge(s). Once the additional payment(s) are received, your order will be processed. If you have any questions concerning this you may contact me prior to ordering. Please be aware that your shipment may be held in customs and customs duties may be levied before it can be released. For more information, check with your local customs office.

Damaged Shipments
For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage. We make every effort to prevent shipping damage; however, please keep the original shipping carton or envelope and take the following important steps if there appears to be shipping damage: The US Postal Service requires the recipient of the package to file damage claims. If your order was damaged in shipment, please contact the US Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777. They will start a claim and will notify House And Garden Flags so that we can send out a replacement to you. 
 
HouseandGardenFlags.com will make every effort to replace your product in a timely manner. Please note, USPS and UPS policies for handling of defective merchandise supersedes HouseandGardenFlags.com's policy.
