Product Information

A: No, the flag poles are sold separately. They are only shown with the flags / Charms as a display suggestion. You will find the poles here.
A: I offer a larger selection of products, so some items may be out of stock in house or labeled as Special Order. As long as they are available at the manufacturer, these items only take a few days to receive in house. Every effort is made to update the information contained on the website, including product availability. If I learn that your item is out of stock or not available, it will be removed from my website until it is available, so if you’re looking for a particular item that you don’t see or you want to know when an item’s availability prior to ordering, please contact me.
A: Premier and Custom Decor advise to hand wash and hang dry. The flags cannot be put in the dryer.
A: The standard House and Garden Flags are not UV Resistant, but should last 1 to 3 seasons outdoors, depending on the amount of sun exposure per day, heat, wind, ocean salt water, and amount of days each flag is left on display at a time.
A: No, I do not have a printed catalog. It would be old before the ink dried. The website is the catalog. If there is a Premier or Custom Decor product that you are looking for and it is not featured on my website please contact me.

3- Try using the Search box if your theme is not included in the dropdowns list.

A: Anything that Premier or Custom Decor makes can probably be ordered for you, as long as it’s available. Otherwise, it may be an old item, on backorder/out of stock, or discontinued. You may contact me for assistance.
