1- The international shipping rates that are automatically generated on this website may be approximate. After your order is placed, you will be contacted with any additional shipping pricing (an accurate amount cannot be fully determined until your order is packed and weighed). Once you approve the pricing, the additional fee will either be added to your transaction or you will be emailed an invoice. This invoice may be paid with either a credit card or your PayPal account. Once payment is received your order will be processed. If you have any questions concerning this you may contact me prior to ordering.
2- The Free Shipping offer does not include orders outside of the United States.
3- The website may not be able to accept payment from certain countries. If you experience any difficulty completing your order on the website, please contact me and I will use an alternative method to process payment.
4- Unless your order is paid for with US Funds, you will be charged a Conversion Fee by the company that issues the payment. This fee is not issued by HouseAndGardenFlags.com and we do not have any control over the amount.
5- Shipping will be done via U.S. Priority Mail International or Express Mail International for orders from outside the U.S.A. Delivery schedules may vary depending on country, area and time of year. The standard delivery schedule for each is as noted:
U.S. Priority Mail International: 6 to 10 days for delivery once your order has shipped.
Express Mail International: 3 to 5 business days for delivery once your order has shipped.
Insurance for Priority Mail is an extra charge, depending on your order total. Express Mail International includes insurance up to a certain amount.
6- If more than one shipment is required due to any of your items being on back order, you will be invoiced for the additional shipping charges.
