About Browsers
You navigate the internet through software called a browser. Some browsers are Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari. Although every attempt is made to make this website easy for everyone, it may not look or work the same on every computer and in every browser. This website currently looks and works best in Firefox. If you are having trouble, please try the suggestions below. If you are still having trouble, please contact me.
About Cookies
To place orders, you will need to have cookies enabled. All internet shopping carts require this in order to track and process your order.

To do that in the latest versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer:
In Firefox go to Tools in your menu bar and click on Options. In the middle of the dialog box should be a check box to accept cookies from sites. Or click on Exceptions and enter the address listed on the payment page.

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options, Privacy and click on Advanced. From there you can allow cookies.

How To Change Type Size
In Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox there are 2 ways to change the size of the text and images:
1- Hold down the Control key and hit either the Plus (+) or minus (-) key. They are located right after the zero in the top number row.
2- In Internet Explorer’s  menu bar at the top of the page go to View, Text Size and change the size of the text until it looks correct. In Firefox’s menu bar at the top of the page to to View, Zoom and select either Zoom In or Zoom Out.
The Back Button
While making a purchase and you need to get back to a previous page, do not use the Back button. Look around on the page and there will probably be a link that will get you back to the Shopping Cart or another page. On the PayPal page, “return to Lizard Graphix” will get you back to the Shopping Cart. Using the Back button may cause a transaction error or process your payment more than once.
Problems With PayPal
If you are having trouble with your PayPal account, you will need to call them directly. Here is the webpage with their contact information and what they will need to assist you:
Invoice Payments
Depending on the circumstances, I may need to email you an invoice via PayPal (you do not need to be a PayPal member to use this service). When you receive the invoice, if you do not wish to use a PayPal account to pay it, follow these instructions:

1- Scroll down the invoice and click on: “To view the details of this invoice or to pay Lizard Graphix with PayPal, just click on the following link or copy and paste it into your web browser (that link will follow this statement).”
2- On the Enter Payment Information page instead of logging into your PayPal
account, click on the link below which states: “Don’t have a PayPal account? Use
your credit card or bank account (where available).”
3-From there enter your name, address and credit card information.

Once payment is received your order will be placed and processed.
