- New Jersey residents will be charged 6.625% sales tax per NJ State Law as of 1/1/18.

- US Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx all provide tracking numbers so that you may track your packages once they ship.
- Canada shipping rates will be higher.

- Only the US Postal Service will deliver to P.O. boxes. For all other delivery services, street addresses will need to be provided.

For those of us who remember when a postage stamp was 5 cents (myself included), the shipping fees may not be what you expected, and I understand your concerns. Unfortunately, the cost of shipping has increased enormously over the years and continues to increase every year. Priority Mail now includes up to $50 insurance for no additional charge.

Economical USPS First Class Mail is an available choice on orders weighing 13 ounces or less.
US Priority Mail
Once it has shipped, delivers in 3 business days to most areas within the Continental United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, delivery schedules and shipping rates may vary. Priority Mail now includes up to $50 insurance for no additional charge.

- Orders placed on weekends or Federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- You will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information at the time your order ships. You may track your package with this number at any time up to the time of delivery.

For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage. We make every effort to prevent shipping damage; however, please keep the original shipping carton or envelope and take the following important steps if there appears to be shipping damage: The US Postal Service requires the recipient of the package to file damage claims. If your order was damaged in shipment, please contact the US Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777. They will start a claim and will notify House And Garden Flags so that we can send out a replacement to you.
